hits us hard and reminds us how special life is — and how wonderful it is to live in a country that gives us the liberty to pursue our own definition of happiness.
Imagine how strong our country could be if we didn’t need senseless acts of violence to bring us to our collective senses.To put it in perspective, the ten year anniversary of 9/11 will be memorialized this September. Fifty years since JFK; ten years since 9/11. The 9/11 attacks are as relevant to my son as the JFK assassination was to me. Both are epic tragic national events
that had profound impact on us as children.
