Ayurveda says excess of Pitta dosha in the body can be bad for your hair, and for that you need to avoid too much direct sun light and hot climatic conditions and try to avoid spicy, salty and sour food, hot and sharp food, tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking and eating too much fried, oily, greasy, and acidic foods can make your shin and your scalp too much oily or too much dry, so eat healthy and well balanced food, drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits and consume ample amount of fiber and healthy minerals.
kanthi oil, Kanjunnyadi oil is a very famous and very useful oil for your hair and you can get it from any Indian or ayurveda shop and you need to put oil on the scalp, and massage gently in the roots of the hair for 20 minutes and then tie your hair and cover your hair with shower cap or any cotton bandanna overnight and then wash it off with worm water and mild shampoo and then you can apply it every night and it will literally solve all kind of your hair issues, but if you don’t want to use this oil then you can use any essential or carrier oil and then add Castor oil in it and it work magically.
Make a mixture of lettuce and spinach juice and drink one glass of every day and it will not only help your digestive system, but it is very good for healthy hair growth, you can use carrot and lettuce juice for the same purpose too.
Take a cup full of green coriander leaves juice and then add some olive oil in it and rub it over your hair and scalp and rub with your fingers and then wash it off after 2-4 hours with mild shampoo and worm water.
Make a mask with cooked green gram and fenugreek and apply it all over your scalp three times a week to get healthy strong hair growth.
