Aerobic exercise is any exercise that may cause to increase breathing and heart rate, such as swimming or brisk walking. For maximum benefit from aerobic exercise, you should have sessions for 20 to 30 minutes, several times in a week.
Walking is a good exercise but may cause few risks. In doing this, make sure that you have a well-fitted shoes that provides good support. Take into consideration the weather, and avoid risk of overheating through not walking in long distances in a hot or humid temperature.
Relaxation technique helps in breathing and focus, it relieves daily stress making you feel better, and help train your mind in letting go of the emotional tensions. This is more helpful during labor and delivery stage.
